Views

July 19th after our teaching appointments, I went out on the patio at the Sister's Home. This is the view from that location. You can see some great views of beautiful trees, traffic, and the tuk tuk driver waiting to take me back to my Hotel. Sister Un is so thoughtful and brings me a chair to sit on while I wait for Scott, who is working with the Elders, or most likely interviewing someone. I can't quite remember! But for sure its one or the other!

The scenery is spectacular with rice fields, and people planting rice. We are on our way July 20th from Battambang to Kampong Cham via Siem Reap and Kampong Thom where Scott set apart the new Elder's Quorum President. The marker on the road is a kilometer marker to the next city or village.

As we travel we see more rice and lots of cows pulling carts, cows being walked home from the pastures/rice fields, and little carts pulled by tiny ponies. This was toward late afternoon when all are going home from the fields. It was a beautiful drive!
