A Fond Farewell

The Thalmans and Housers walked the Red Carpet on July 6, 2011. We then all Senior Couples who could join honored them at a special dinner that same evening. These two couples served well. The Thalmans were in Kampong Cham and will be sorely missed, not only by us, but especially the members and investigators in Kampong Cham. The Housers served in Kampong Thom and Siem Reap. They also were so faithful, and we all will miss them as will the branches they worked in. They departed for home on July 7, 2011. Sadly Scott and I couldn't go with them to the airport as we were in training meetings that day for our missionaries, and because of our schedule we could not change this. The other Senior couples took good care of them and saw that they got to the airport and off! We truly love these two couples.

At the futher end of the table is Spencer and Caitlan Malley. Spencer was the senior couples language tutor. It was fun to have them in Cambodia for the summer and see them once in a while.
