We went for Specialized trainings to Battambang on July 19th, and the Siem Reap Elders came down for that training also. The Elders are happy to get together. Elders Jorgansen and Elder Nelson were on their first transfer at this training. They are now on their third transfer and doing very, very well. The others in the biggest picture are Elders Den, Schiefer, Elder, and Hill. Sisters Un and Loy are in the background. Elder Jorgansen and Elder Nelson I believe were MTC companions. Elder Faught is with Elder Jorgansen in the bottom left picture. They work in Siem Reap, but not as companions. They are in the same District/Zone.
It was a pleasure working with Sisters Loy and Un. Both are very sweet, loving and effective teachers of the Gospel. Great missionaries. We visited a new member and they are teaching her son also and hoping that her husband and other famiy members join soon. The other sister we visited is an investigator and is 35 years old. She has some kind of disease, I believe it is with her thyroid and sometimes she can't afford the medicine. She struggles to grasp concepts, but this day she understood what they were teaching her.
