I arrived home July 25th, 2011 in the late afternoon, to a great wonderful greeting from the family. They even had a sign that was used for Sue when she came to Cambodia and our granddaughter helped make it, so they used it for me too. I loved it! Scott needed to stay in the mission, but the area presidency let me come for a week. I was gone for about 10 days with about 3 travel days. The lady was with me in the Seoul airport. She was kind of lonely and we kept each other company. She had been in Cambodia helping with some elephant protection center in northern Cambodia. She also wanted to use my computer to talk to her husband whom she hadn't seen for a couple of weeks. So, I let her use it. She was a very nice person and gave me her elephant blog which I need to find! My Mom, Ruth Chlarson, was there at the airport to greet me also and stayed with us for a couple of days. We always enjoy having Mom.

We have had three grandbabies born while we have been gone. So, I got to hold them all and I tried to do that as much as possible.

Mom pondering on the events. We had a FHE in honor of Varci and Kevin after we had a BBQ the evening that I came back home to Layton. Scott's Mom, Helen Smedley, was able to come to this. It was so wonderful to see her and have her in our home too! We have had a tradition that we do a special FHE to honor the bride and groom. We have several activities that we do and I quite enjoyed the whole evening. I feel I was blessed because I wasnt' even too tired.

Benjamin and Holly have taken such good care of the yard and had everything in order and looking spit spot for me to come home to. I loved it all. They also have a beautiful and productive garden. The corn wasn't quite ready, so Benjamin went to a local farmer and bought some corn. We had it the night before I left. Oh, did it hit the spot. I haven't had any corn that good since we left two years ago! Yummy.

Conner is doing the pumpkin plants. This is his little project. I hope they turn out good. Thanks to all of our kids, for being such a great support while I was home and while we have been gone. We couldn't serve without such great support from our family and extended families. Thanks to you all!
