Tour of Second Floor of Mission Home

This is my "tidy" office.  It seems like I am in here long enough to do the business of the day, but not long enough to "straighten" it up!  But it is a nice big office, with couch and closet, and shelves and I have enjoyed it much.  I promised the new mission president's wife that it will be clean by the time she gets here!

Coming in to this living room, is a picture from the door. Also on the far right is a door to an outside patio where we feed the missionaries who are Zone Leaders.  It will fit about 22-24 people.  The door is on the back of the bottom picture. To the right is the room where we house general authorities and area seventies and new couples, and our children when they have visited.  On the right wall as you enter this room is the clock and the two pictures of Jesus.  On the left of the bottom picture are two rooms, my office and a twin bed room.

This room is the one we house authorities, new couples, and family visits.  The bathroom is ample and roomy . I was getting ready for 14 missionaries and so had to use this room for them, which is a rarity.  I had 2 mats on the floor and a rollaway in this room. I put water and towels on the bed to welcome them as did my predecessor.

Across the room from the big bedroom is the twin bedroom.  It has it's own wardrobe and bathroom also. I also put a rollaway in this room if there are three sisters.  Once in a while, I put Elders in here, but not very often.

Across the hall going out of the living room are two bunkbed rooms.  They will each sleep four missionaries, plus mats on the floor. Each has it's own bathroom and they are fairly similar.  I hope you have enjoyed this little visit.
