It's a Cambodian custom to remove shoes before entering a home. The missionaries all like to do that to enter the mission office. It is not required, but they like to do it. I do not. I leave my shoes on!

All the sister missionaries serving in Phnom Penh. L to R: Sister Erekson (now home), Sisters Johnson, Keo, Lam (now in MTC Manila called to Cambodia-Cambodia speaking-she is Vietnamse), Un, Kosal (now in MTC Manila-Cambodia), Holloway (now home), Eng (Vietnamse sister who now is in the Cambodian speaking program because we needed her), me, Sisters Bayles and Sparks.
I caught Mun Horl (off duty mission home guard sleeping). Elder Gibson and Elder Hem are off to their new assignments.

Sister Holloway says farewell to her companion who also was leaving to prepare for her offical mission. Sister Lam was helping us out. The Vietnamse speaking missionaries like to get together. Four of them were in Vietnam and always glad to see other missionaries.
Elders Mikelson, Ott and Hill pose before Elder Hill goes back out into the field from serving as Scott's Assistant. Elder Ott is the new assistant.
