Elder and Sister Spencer gave Scott chocolates from Lula's in their home area of Caramel by the Sea for his birthday. It was an early birthday present. Lula is a member and they say has the best chocolates. He wanted to take pictures of me sampling them to see if I liked it better than Cavanaugh's. They were delicious and Scott has his thumbs up on the chocolates. Thank you Elder and Sister Spencer.
