Tuesday, February 8th we went to the Minister of Cults and Religions office, Minh Kinh, to sign an agreement that LDSC has been working on for a year and that is the government's official permission to allow LDSC to operate in Cambodia. Elder Peterson, the country director for LDSC, is signing this agreement.
Minh Kinh is in the center and I guess one of his legal advisors is the one that LDSC worked heavily with.

It was an historic day for us here. We also presented 5 extra wheelchairs as a thank you for the signing.
