Sister Anderson was supposed to meet her parents on the 21st. We received a phone call that morning that their plane hit a snow bank in New York and could not be fixed in time to make any connecting flights and all other flights from Hong Kong to Cambodia were full. She was very disappointed as was her family. But a former companion met her here and helped her go around to see stuff for two days and then our local sister missionaries came on preparation day and spent time with her. She went with us to meet Marie Everson and ate dinner with us. Her last morning, she helped me color the back of my hair. She saved me. She said that will go down in her journal that her last act of service in Cambodia was to help her mission president's wife color her hair! We were happy that she made it home on the 24th to spend Christmas with her family.

On December 23rd, we met our friend from our ward, Marie Everson and her friend Geri at their river cruise ship. This is taken on their ship. She gave us a bag of gifts from Terry and Sue and Varci. We took them to eat to a nearby restaurant and really enjoyed our visit with them.
